As an Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You are responsible for maintaining cost control, inventory control, cash control, and building excellent customer relations. The success of the store rests on your shoulders, and you must remain focused and alert throughout your shift.
Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the store’s operations and overseeing a team of 3 to 10 employees during your scheduled shift.
- Greeting customers with a smile, taking orders, operating the cash register, and collecting payment from customers.
- Ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent product delivery while adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Delivering products safely and courteously to customers using a vehicle provided by the store.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store, from the front to the back.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
