Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations across all store functions
- Supervise, train, and coach a team of 3–10 employees
- Drive excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Manage inventory levels, food and labor costs, and cash handling
- Set and enforce high standards for food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all Domino’s operational standards and policies

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including but not limited to:
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
