As an Assistant Manager, you hold a critical role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations, as well as setting a positive example for the store.
• You will also manage a team of 3 to 10 employees and oversee all store operations, from preparing food to meet quality standards, to delivering orders in a safe and courteous manner, to maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the restaurant.
• You will also have the opportunity to occasionally perform the duties of both a Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver, which includes preparing food, following recipes and portion sizes
• delivering orders in a safe and courteous manner
• upholding grooming standards and maintaining a professional appearance.
